Body & Mind Wellness through Yoga

Our journey of wellness begins on the day of arrival with Restorative Yoga in the evening on the beachfront decks overlooking the South China Sea.

Each day then starts from 6:30 am where an array of seasonal fresh fruits, homemade yogurt with tea or coffee will be served before the morning practice. Morning sessions are usually focused on synchronising movements with the breath to energise, stretch and strengthen the body. Conclude with a guided mindfulness meditation. All sessions are suitable from beginners to advance practitioners.

Evening practice will be a restorative, inward practice to slow down the body and mind after a day of fun filled activities. Please bring 2 tennis/myofascial balls (same size) to iron out any tension accumulated during the day.

A brand new set of yoga mat, strap and 2 blocks will be provided for your personal use during the retreat and for you to take home.

Our time together ends with a morning practice on the day of departure and we hope you will bring home with you wonderful memories as well as practical ideas on continuing your journey of wellness on a daily basis.

Our Yoga Teacher : Gwen Wynne

Gwen has been practicing yoga for 20 years, teaching since 2011 and has been in the wellness and hospitality industry in the last 20 years.

Gwen’s teaching style focuses on correct alignment of specific body while synchronising movement with the breath, creating a strong yet therapeutic practice to achieve a balance of strength and flexibility in the body It is also her passion to share Yoga’s philosophy on the mat and encourage to take those experiences off the mat into our daily lives.   • Suites are based on shared occupancy, so if booking as an individual, you will be paired with other people based on the suite type that you have selected when you book
  • Suite occupancy and rates are based on number of persons in each suite. Should the number of persons staying is more than what is stated during booking, the Management reserves the right to charge for every additional person occupying the suite
